Our Story
Tom and Larisa Lussiano spent 30 years climbing the corporate restaurant ladder — from Olive Garden and Outback Steakhouse to Tom serving as Vice President of Miller's Ale House. But after a trip to Italy where they fell in love with authentic Neapolitan pizza, they asked themselves: what do we want when we get old?
The answer was Tommy's Hideaway. In early 2023, they signed the lease on a tucked-away spot on Gulfport's Beach Boulevard, imported a ceramic wood-fired oven from California, and opened their doors — on their own, without the backing of any corporation.
